I work as a program manager specializing in community, impact, and culture programs. I am originally from Italy, but an adopted Berlinerin from 2015. I hold a BA in communication, languages and cultures (Mediazione Culturale, Universita degli Studi di Udine, Italy) and a MA in completion in Gender Studies at the Humboldt Universität zu Berlin. My background includes communication, creative writing and cultural studies, gender and feminism research, critical race and queer theories, sociology and anthropology through the lens of gender studies and research. I have been working as a people and culture manager for various private organizations in Berlin, including EdTech and Blockchain companies. I have extensive experience and knowledge in process and operations management, as well as in people, culture and community strategies. From 2015 to 2016, I've been working as a Program Coordinator for speakeasy berlin GmbH, managing the language course offering and the student happiness department. From 2016 to 2019, I was hired by CareerFoundry GmbH, a tech Bootcamp for career changers, as a Program Coordinator and Institutional Project Manager – helping students enroll and complete the institutional courses. At CareerFoundry, I have been working as Diversity & Inclusion Advisor for the internal D&I Committee. In 2017, I started my formal career path as a community specialist. I founded and managed a writing community for women in Berlin, the Women Writing Berlin Lab. In this project, I have built a 1000+ member community active both online and offline, offering workshops, creative sessions, community space and engagement around writing, feminism, women empowerment and self-growth. In 2019 I launched my own community building and impact strategy consulting business, FairForce, and started working with a diverse range of clients in the social impact, digital technology, communiTech, FemTech spaces, helping clients grow organically through community building and impact practices. With FairForce, I have consulted, coached and supported programs across various sectors, including NGOs, social entrepreneurs, early-stage startups, DeFi projects, guiding my clients to strengthen their community engagement strategies and expand their brand awareness through community-centered leadership and business practices. In 2019 I joined Least Authority, a blockchain and privacy-driven organization, as a Program Manager (People, Culture, Community) supporting the company by helping set up the HR, people and culture department in a global and remotely distributed team.
