Seit über 25 Jahren arbeite ich an digitalen Produkten von Mediamarkt, WEB.DE, GMX, Verivox, Chrono24 und Eventim. Dabei habe ich viele Produkte kennengelernt und mit vielen Teams zusammen weiterentwickelt. Seit 2004 führe ich Teams und baue agile Teams rund um die Themen UX, UI, Visual Design, Apps, Customer Research, Conversion Management und Product Management auf. Ich liebe es zu sehen wie Teams wachsen und gemeinsam erfolgreich werden und dabei Spaß haben. Im Laufe meiner Karriere hatte ich selbst großartige Mentoren und möchte nun einige Erkenntnisse an andere weitergeben, um Sie auf Ihrem individuellen Weg zu unterstützen. I love seeing teams grow and become successful together and have fun doing it. Throughout my career, I've had great mentors myself and now want to pass on some insights to others to help you on your individual journey. In doing so, I am especially careful to make offers that fit the mentee and not which ones I personally like.

25.April 2024It was my first session with Danijel and on the platform overall, and I was surprised by how effective 1h it was.
