Abhinav has had crucible experiences in professional services and financial services firms such as Hewitt Associates, Bain & Company, Royal Bank of Scotland & Aon and new age growth & agile organisations such as Revantage and bolttech across both consulting and corporate HR roles wherein he has been passionate about creating, implementing and leading people strategies that drive growth, value creation and collaboration.

Equipped with Transactional Analysis 101 certification from North America TAA as well as a certified DISC facilitator by Lifeskills Institute Singapore, Abhinav brings deep empathy and meaningful transformation using these instruments. He has also completed the NFNLP Certified Basic NLP Practitioner Course.

He is also interested in the area of mental health and has delved further into this space by becoming an Advanced Psychological First Aider awarded by Singapore Red Cross Society.

Outside of his professional endeavours, he is also passionate about volunteering with youth through mentoring programs and as part of safeguarding team with Halogen Foundation and Beyond Social Services respectively.

Abhinav is currently pursuing the Transactional Analysis Practitioner Level I certification.
