I’m a Canadian entrepreneur and board game designer who’s spent the last few years focused on personal growth, dating, and building a more grounded, confident life.
I’ve built and run my own little business for decades, and more recently I’ve been exploring what it means to live with more intention, connection, and integrity. A big part of that has been learning how to relate better to myself and to others, especially in dating and relationships.
I’m not a therapist or a guru. I’m someone who listens carefully, asks good questions, and helps you think clearly about what’s actually going on in your life. 'Imposter Syndrome' is my middle name, but I'm here anyway.
My style is practical, honest, and supportive. I don’t believe in quick fixes. I believe in understanding yourself better and making changes that actually stick.
Good fit if you’re working on:
