First time manager coaching (90 mins)

Managing a team for the first time is a big shift - it’s less about doing the work yourself and more about enabling others to succeed. I’ve led teams of different sizes and dynamics, so I know the challenges (and the rewards!) that come with this transition.

In these sessions, we’ll:

Build confidence in your leadership style: authentic, effective, and right for you.

Cover practical fundamentals: setting expectations, giving feedback, handling tricky conversations, and motivating your team.

Work through real scenarios you’re facing and explore different approaches.

Develop transferable leadership skills (communication, delegation, coaching) that will serve you throughout your career.

(Optional 2nd session) Take extra time for deeper role-play, case studies, or building out a personalized leadership roadmap.

By the end, you’ll feel more equipped, less alone, and ready to step into your manager role with clarity and confidence.
