Hello, I’m a former NHS Workforce Retention Specialist with over four and a half years of experience within Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT).

During my time in the NHS, my day to day focus was understanding why healthcare staff experience burnout, what keeps people motivated, and how organisations can create more sustainable and fulfilling career pathways for their workforce.

I now use that inside knowledge as an independent career mentor and coach, supporting healthcare professionals to navigate the unique complexities of the NHS without burning out in the process.
