I come from a strong on-prem infrastructure background, working across storage, servers, and data protection platforms before moving into cloud and distributed data systems. Along the way, I completed a Master’s in Cloud Computing, which helped me bridge traditional infrastructure knowledge with modern data engineering and streaming technologies. Because I’ve transitioned across different parts of the tech stack, I understand the challenges people face when shifting from on-premises to cloud or from operations into data and platform roles. As a mentor, I focus on breaking down concepts in a simple and practical way, helping learners build confidence as they navigate modern cloud, data, and a bit on DevOps paths.
