I am a Public Health Consultant, Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®), and Community Health Worker (CCHW) with a Master of Science in Health Promotion Management. I specialize in designing, implementing, and evaluating community-based health programs that promote chronic disease prevention, maternal and child health, and health equity.
My work focuses on translating evidence-based research into practical, culturally responsive interventions through strategic program planning, stakeholder engagement, health communication, and behavior change approaches. I have supported government agencies, nonprofits, and community organizations in strengthening public health outcomes using data-driven and sustainable strategies.
I am passionate about mentoring emerging public health professionals and empowering individuals and communities to adopt healthier lifestyles and thrive holistically—spiritually, mentally, physically, and socially.
