I’m Angelos Diamantoulakis, a Strategy & Technology Advisor and Founder/Product Lead with a rare combination of economics & management training, strong computer science foundations, and hands-on product building.

Academically, I hold a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), and I am an MBA Candidate in Strategic Management and Competitiveness at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). I also earned an MS in Information Technology, and a BSc in Computer Science (Cum Laude / Honors) from a US-based university and I completed Harvard Business School CORe (Credential of Readiness) with High Honors, with concentrated work in Business Analytics, Economics for Managers, and Financial Accounting.

One of my strongest capabilities is evaluating ideas fast and realistically. I identify the highest leverage path, validate assumptions, prioritize what matters, and choose the most cost efficient way to turn an idea into a working product without burning unnecessary budget. My style is practical and execution focused: what to build first, what to ignore, how to design for traction, and how to keep unit economics in check.

I build and advise zero to one digital products and business strategies. I am currently the Founder and Product Lead of IntroShare, a privacy first, proximity based mobile networking app, owning the full lifecycle from product architecture and engineering to roadmap, unit economics, and go to market strategy. Earlier, I founded TVONLINE (2003 to 2010), an early online native TV channel with international visibility and recognition for digital innovation.

How I can help you (typical mentoring outcomes):

Strategy clarity: positioning, differentiation, value proposition, and priority decisions

Idea evaluation: feasibility, risks, and a clear build/validate roadmap

Cost-efficient execution: decisions that reduce burn, increase speed, and avoid expensive mistakes

Product & execution: MVP scope, roadmap, UX decisions, and turning ideas into an actionable plan

Go-to-market: acquisition channels, messaging, metrics, and practical growth experiments

Business fundamentals: pricing, unit economics thinking, and feasibility (“numbers that matter”)

Founder operating system: focus, decision-making under uncertainty, accountability and momentum

Great fit if you are:

A founder or early product builder navigating strategy, product decisions, and execution

A professional moving into product/tech leadership or entrepreneurship

Someone who wants structured thinking + hands-on realism (not generic advice)

Style: structured, action-oriented sessions with clear next steps, frameworks, and follow-up suggestions. Sessions available in English or Greek (Europe/Athens timezone).
