Online Relationship Counselling for Individuals

Sometimes, a situation arises where one partner believes couples counselling is necessary, while the other is not yet ready. Or perhaps you feel the need to discuss and work through relationship issues and prefer not to have your partner present.

For such cases, I offer individual sessions. Even though a relationship involves both partners, one partner alone can certainly make a difference and contribute significantly to solving existing problems. Doing something for ourselves always has an impact on the people around us.
