I’m a Senior Product Manager with 10+ years of experience building and scaling digital products across social networks, e-commerce, food delivery, and marketplace platforms. I’ve worked across Europe and Southeast Asia with companies like XING, Delivery Hero, Lazada, and Reebonz (luxury e-commerce), leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven products.
My journey started as a software developer, moved through an MBA from one of the top MBA schools in the world at IESE Business School, and evolved into product leadership roles where I’ve owned end-to-end product strategy, execution, and growth. Along the way, I’ve built AI-powered features, improved conversion and engagement metrics at scale.
I enjoy mentoring because product management is rarely about “having the right answers” and much more about learning how to think, prioritize, and communicate effectively in messy, real-world environments. I’m particularly passionate about helping people.
My mentoring style is practical, honest, and supportive. I like breaking down complex problems, sharing real examples (including mistakes I’ve made), and helping mentees find clarity and confidence in their own path.
