Creative Career Direction — A Values-Led Coaching Session

A deep, creative coaching session for professionals who want to reconnect with direction in their career - without forcing answers or following external expectations.

This session combines values-based coaching with reflective and creative methods to help you access clarity from the inside out.

Before the session, you’ll receive a short reflective questionnaire and a creative exercise focused on values, alignment, and what currently feels alive or constrained in your work. This preparation allows us to work at depth during our time together.

During the session, we’ll:

• Explore your core values and how they’re currently being expressed in your career
• Work creatively with vision, metaphor, or imagery to access inner direction
• Notice internal tensions, assumptions, or protective patterns that may be shaping your choices
• Clarify what alignment and forward movement mean for you at this stage

This is not about being told what to do or making quick decisions.
It’s about strengthening your self-trust and reconnecting with a direction that feels both meaningful and realistic.

You’ll leave with:

• Clear language for what matters most to you in your career
• A values-led sense of direction
• Greater confidence in your own decision-making

No artistic experience is required. Creative methods are used as a reflective tool, not for performance or output.
