My name is Bahar Erdogan and my career path comes with 13 years of experience as a Marketing and Communications professional.
All along, I have been working in purpose-driven companies and tried to advocate for great talents that are overlooked or lost their voice (some even never got the chance to express their journey and needs).

And I am here to support you in your journey and create a safe space where you can share your concerns.

While I was based for 7 years in the Middle East/GCC, I worked internationally in different roles and learned to work in teams that combined more than 100 cultures. Now that I have returned home with a rich toolbox and knowledge base, I am keen to support you in your journey.
