I've spent 20+ years working in healthcare — from frontline patient coordination to designing and leading national leadership programmes. I understand the politics, the career ladders, and the invisible barriers — and I can help you navigate all of it.
Right now I'm leading regional leadership and talent development for NHS England — designing coaching programmes, securing funding for underrepresented staff, and creating the kind of career support I wish I'd had earlier. I'm a coach in training (Level 5), an accredited facilitator, and someone who genuinely believes that the right mentor at the right moment can change everything.
