Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion - Company Culture

I am coaching and mentoring senior leaders and HR professionals on company culture, diversity and inclusion, and leading teams with cultural diversity.

With 37 years of experience in senior leadership roles across Europe and internationally, I am now dedicated to supporting senior executives through pivotal moments in their careers.
Before settling in the UK 17 years ago, I worked and lived in five countries (France, Spain, Morocco, Mauritius and the Comoro Islands). I speak French, English and Spanish and have a long experience in leading teams globally, living and working with people with diverse origins, religion and cultural backgrounds.
For the past 18 years I've been advocating for EDI awakens and leading initiatives to make our companies and society more welcoming to diversity. This relates to my personal experience as gay, living with cancer, and French resident in different countries.
