With 37 years of experience in senior leadership roles across Europe and internationally, I am now dedicated to supporting senior executives through pivotal moments in their careers.
Having faced significant personal challenges, including two cancer diagnoses, multiple relocations, and career shifts, I’ve developed a resilience-driven approach to mentoring. These experiences have shaped my ability to help leaders not only survive but thrive in periods of profound change.
