Brylle Angelo Obra

I’m Brylle, an Agile Delivery Manager and Certified Scrum Master with a background in QA, software development, and operations. Over the past few years, I’ve worked with startups and SaaS teams, helping them build better ways of working—whether that means introducing Agile practices from scratch, improving sprint cadences, or aligning delivery teams with business goals.

Coming from a technical background, I’ve seen firsthand how strong delivery practices can make or break a product. I’ve led cross-functional teams, facilitated agile transformations, and helped teams shift from just “doing Agile” to actually thinking Agile. I’m especially passionate about mentoring people who are transitioning into Scrum Master or delivery roles, or those who want to better navigate the realities of working in fast-moving tech environments.
