I have experience in the M&A space, having led over 11 Acquisitions and 4 Divestments. My most recent stint was as CFO with Lornamead Group, a UK-based multinational which owns brands such as Yardley of London, Finesse, etc. My prior stints were with ExxonMobil & KPMG. I am an active Angel Investor and have invested in more than 30 Startups. I have also invested in pi Ventures Fund II and Angel funds such as 1Crowd, PointOne Capital and IvyCap. I am also a General Partner in Peaceful Progress Fund (www.peacefulprogress.in), which is a SEBI Registered Angel VC Fund and we have made 24 investments so far. I am a CA, CMA and CS by qualification.
