Hello.I’m a Programme Manager in the UK rail industry, leading large-scale transformation and safety programmes across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
My career has progressed into senior programme leadership, where I oversee multiple projects that contribute to one strategic outcome. I work closely with cross-functional teams, senior leaders and external partners, and a big part of my role is influencing without authority, making clear decisions under pressure, and turning strategy into practical delivery.
Alongside my corporate role, I have predominantly mentored and supported professionals in developing their careers — helping them build confidence, position themselves more strategically, prepare for promotion, and navigate corporate environments with greater clarity and self-belief. My mentoring experience has centred on professional growth, leadership capability and stepping into bigger responsibility.
