I am a senior professional with 50 years of experience across various sectors like banking, insurance and higher education (MBA). I am a seasoned professional with 45+ years of experience across various sectors including central government, public sector and private sector in different capacities ranging from smaller positions to that of Chief Manager / General Manager and Vice President covering various functional areas / departments.
I acquired the best of qualifications ranging from PG in commerce (M.Com) to Ph.D. A 3-in-1 finance professional with industry oriented qualifications like CFA, CAIIB (Banking) and AIII (Insurance). I am the first Ph.D. in Bancassurance in India.
I trained thousands of bank employees of various cadres and others in all related areas of banking for nearly 10 years and as a professor handled multiple subjects of MBA with more specialization in banking, insurance, risk management and international business / finance for 15 years at B-School level.
To youngsters, I offer my services on Career making strategies and achievement of dreams. I have counselled thousands of students across India and conducted hundreds of education seminars on professional courses like CFA and management courses like BBA/ MBA – both in India and abroad.
I mentored many youngsters on foreign education and entrepreneurship. I mentor in startup strategies.
