With over 27 years of experience navigating the tech ecosystem at the highest levels, my career has spanned from deep technical execution to global enterprise leadership. Currently, I serve as a Senior Director of Product Management at Salesforce, driving the vision and strategy for Missionforce—a complex cloud portfolio deploying secure platforms and cutting-edge agentic AI across global geographies. Prior to this, my journey took me through foundational and executive tenures at Microsoft, leading major divisions like M365 in India as a Principal PM Manager, and spending over a decade in Redmond across core ecosystems like Dynamics CRM, Office, and Windows.

However, my perspective isn't limited to Big Tech. I have also stood in the shoes of a founder, building a subscription e-commerce startup (Kukucrate) from zero to over 1,200 paying subscribers in six months, and I have scaled massive, matrixed organizations of over 60+ people across product, sales, and engineering as a Director at Envestnet-Yodlee.

Throughout this journey, my deepest passion has always been human capital. I have formally and informally coached more than 100 individuals—including startup founders, senior enterprise executives, and rising women leaders. Backed by formal coaching coursework, my approach is highly conversational, practical, and empathetic.
