Currently, I am leading a team of process engineers for the process standardization, governance, and change management for Maersk E-Commerce businesses globally. I have 10+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, and digital transformation, across various industries and geographies.
I am a CFA charterholder and INSEAD MBA, and I am fluent in Indonesian and English, with intermediate Danish and basic German. I am always open to new opportunities, challenges, and connections.
Some key past achievements:
• In Maersk, I have led Operations + Product workstreams in 2 company acquisitions (86m USD for B2C Europe and undisclosed for HUUB), led Operations workstream in B2C Europe post merger integration, started and built the Product Development team for Maersk Europe eCommerce Logistics, and started and built the Global Maersk E-Commerce Process team
• As a Management Consultant in Malaysia, created blockchain strategy and implemented a Minimum Viable Product to solve problem in cost reporting involving 6 different departments and 2 external companies
• As a Management Consultant in Indonesia, implemented Finance Reporting & Tax Shared Service Center serving 13 companies affecting 45k employees, and helped a client save c.a. 25 million EUR through supplier cost assessment and negotiation support on high value procurement
• As a Chief Investment Officer in a FinTech startup, raised 120K EUR from B2C clients for c.a. 200 farmers in 4 months
• As a Microsoft technical account manager, supported 5+ financial services companies in modernizing their platforms and improve security, affecting thousands of users
