Following close to 20 years of corporate and strategic financial leadership, I am on a mission to bring my experience to
advance healthcare and medtech innovation by supporting the entrepreneurs behind it. Through strategic financial mentorship, I want to enable founders to turn bold ideas into scalable, fundable businesses - while avoiding the financial pitfalls that derail 50% of early start-ups.

Throughout my corporate career, I relocated 7 times between 3 continents, 4 of these together with my family, an experience which fed my curious mind and helped me build a cultural sensitive, inclusive and emphatic leadership style, which I would like to share with people and founders, finding themself in situations of transformational changes, preparing for relocations or looking to bring financial success to their roles and companies.
