As a seasoned professional in the field of project management, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the PMO mentoring program. With a background in industrial engineering and an MBA, I have cultivated a deep understanding of project management principles and practices. Currently serving as the Transformation & EPMO Director at UGI International, I oversee strategic initiatives and enterprise project management processes, driving organizational change and delivering impactful results.

Throughout my career, I have held various leadership roles in project management, including Project Manager, Program Manager, Portfolio Manager, and Executive in Project Management Office (EPMO). My diverse industry experience spans automotive, FMCG, chemicals, energy, and large construction projects, providing me with a holistic perspective on project management challenges and opportunities.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply committed to giving back to the project management community through mentorship. I believe in the power of sharing knowledge and experiences to empower others in their journey. As a mentor, I am dedicated to providing guidance, support, and insights to PMO professionals, helping them navigate complex challenges, advance their careers, and achieve their goals.
