As a Senior Associate, my career began with a broad portfolio of mandates across diverse industries, including manufacturing, non-profit organizations; real estate funds. For the past three years, I have specialized in the Banking & Financial Services sector.
My professional profile is rounded out by an international, multilingual background, which enables me to navigate diverse corporate cultures & communicate effectively across global borders. My professional experience is backed by a solid academic background. During my Bachelor’s degree (at HSBA in Hamburg), I focused on Accounting & Auditing, while my Master’s degree (at Goethe-University in Frankfurt) centered on Finance, Banking & Regulation (especially macroprudential policy) and Systemic Risk/Financial stability. I place a heavy emphasis on quantitative methods and data science, utilizing Python & R to extract insights.
I am deeply passionate about how information is structured and processed. Outside of my core work, I dedicate my time to reading a lot about the frontiers of technology and organizational design:1. Knowledge Engineering: Deep diving into Ontologies (focus on Basic Formal Ontology/BFO) and Knowledge Graphs to create interoperable data structures & semantic/context layer.2. System Architecture: Applying Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Systems Thinking to model & maintain complex organizational ecosystems.3. Clean Code: Designing code architecture that is reusable, readable, simple, robust/scalable, maintainable, comprehensible, and collaborative by adhering to the SOLID Principles.4. Future Tech: Exploring & conceptualising the integration of Large Language Models into professional services.
