Danilo is a senior management consultant with over 24 years’ experience in Project and Program Management in major projects, with values up to 50 billion USD, across a range of industries including construction, healthcare, sports facilities, commercial, residential, high speed rail lines, and IT, both in EPC industry and PMOs. With broad yet in-depth experience across all aspects of the project life-cycle, process development, and stakeholder management; Danilo delivers large, complex projects and programs by focusing on understanding project scope and benefits and utilising a structured approach to deliver key organizational outcomes with project and programmes.
Danilo is a Certified Cost Engineer with an Executive MBA from Politecnico di Milano and is pursuing a PhD/DBA on artificial intelligence in Project Management. Adept at building and leading cross-functional teams. Expert presenter and able to forge solid relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and build consensus across multiple organisational levels. Danilo worked in a variety of locations and across different cultural backgrounds throughout Europe, MEA, Africa and South-East Asia, Danilo has implemented and led Project Controls and Project Management Offices (PMO) with on/offshore teams up to 110 people, providing reliable intelligence to Steering Committees and enabling informed decision making.
