Dawn Quye-Joyce

Dawn Quye-Joyce is an experienced children’s homes consultant and mentor specialising in supporting new and aspiring providers to successfully open and run regulated children’s homes in England.
With extensive hands-on experience across the full children’s homes lifecycle, Dawn supports individuals and organisations from early concept and feasibility through to Ofsted registration, operational readiness, and sustainable compliance. Her work is firmly rooted in the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, SCCIF, and real-world regulatory expectations.
