Over the last 16+ years I've worked across IT, Agile transformation, and executive coaching — trusted by teams and leaders across Europe, the UK, India, and the US to turn complexity into clarity. I've led large-scale organisational transformations, built high-performing teams, and coached individuals at every level from graduate to C-suite.

I'm also deeply influenced by Krishnamurti, Osho, and Eckhart Tolle — which means our conversations go beyond tactics into the deeper questions of who you are and what you're actually building.
