I’m an Engineering Manager at Sainsbury’s with a background in Advanced Computer Science from the University of Cambridge. I transitioned from a hands-on software/lead engineering role into engineering management, which means I bring both practical technical depth and leadership experience when supporting engineers.
I work closely with engineers across different levels, helping them grow in their roles, improve their technical and communication skills, and prepare for the next step in their careers.
