With seven years of experience in the fields of biotechnology, nanotechnology, and cosmetics, I have cultivated a robust understanding of the intricacies and innovations that drive these industries forward. My journey has not only deepened my technical expertise but has also ignited a passion for nurturing the next generation of scientists and innovators. I have actively engaged in training students on various projects, offering them the guidance and support needed to transform their ideas into reality.

In addition to mentoring, I have served as a jury member and evaluator for four years across multiple colleges, where I have had the privilege of assessing student projects and providing constructive feedback.
