I am a Technology Lead, specialised in Enterprise Contact Centers, Unified Communications, and AI-driven automation. Over the past decade, I have worked across Pre-Sales, Consulting, Delivery, and Operations, leading complex transformation programs for global enterprises in industries such as finance, energy, and automotive.

My career has taken me from hands-on engineering roles into leadership positions where I design scalable architectures, build high-performing teams, and bridge business strategy with technology execution. I am particularly passionate about leadership, AI enablement, and modern customer experience solutions.

I moved to Germany after completing my studies and have continuously invested in personal and professional growth. Along the way, I was fortunate to learn from outstanding mentors and peers who shaped my leadership style and career direction.
