Hey there! I’m Ester, people-focused, enthusiastic, and deeply curious about how individuals grow, decide, and evolve at work.

I have 10 years of professional experience working in Learning & Development, Talent, and People Development across large, international organizations and very different industries: FMCG (Nestlé, Danone), e-commerce & tech (Zalando), insurance (Zurich Insurance), and data centers & technology (Equinix). Most of my career has been based in Barcelona, with an international chapter in Berlin.

I love working at the intersection of people, careers, and organisations, helping professionals gain clarity, reflect on their next steps, and grow with intention.

I’m currently deepening my practice in mentoring and development conversations, and since 2025 I’ve been training at the European School of Coaching (Barcelona), completing my Coaching trainings towards ICF certification.
