I was the Head of Engineering Europe @ BCG Digital Ventures as well as the Head of Engineering @ Oetker Digital, building up their international Engineering Teams while being responsible for projects like joinCoup or backen.de. My background reaches from Gaming through SAAS B2B to E-Commerce.
I advise several Startups is Berlin, giving guidance on Team Buildup, Structure, Culture, and Software Architecture. Currently, I'm working as an interim CTO, helping companies in need.
