Francisco Erialdo Domingos Freitas

Hello! I’m F. Erialdo D. Freitas, a Software Engineer and Researcher with over six years of experience in Information Technology and Computer Science.

My career has been built intentionally, combining academic research, enterprise software development, and real-world problem solving. I started in research labs at IFCE developing educational games and mobile applications, and later moved on to building complex systems for large banking institutions in Latin America and an internationally recognized Fintech.

Currently, I work as a Full-Stack Developer Analyst at Grupo Stefanini, where I design, develop, and maintain robust web systems in demanding, high-scale environments. My technical background includes backend development with **Java **(Spring Boot, Java EE, microservices, REST APIs), experience with Python and PHP, relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases, modern front-end frameworks (such React.js), cloud platforms, and DevOps practices. I also conduct research in Artificial Intelligence (focused in Machine Learning), IoT, Computer Networks and Distributed Systems, with a strong interest in applied and production-ready solutions.

As a mentor, my focus is on helping students and developers (focusing on early-career and mid-career professionals):

I have previous experience mentoring interns and junior developers, guiding them through web development with Java, Spring, Git, and DevOps concepts.
