I'm a senior strategy and growth leader with 15+ years of experience across private wealth, luxury, arts and nonprofit sectors in the UK and Australia. My career has taken me from the auction rooms of Christie's and Sotheby's and the private banking floors of Investec, through to building and leading the philanthropy and partnerships function at Amplify — a national scale-up — entirely from scratch.
That breadth is what I bring to mentoring. I've seen organisations from almost every angle: commercial and mission-driven, global and local, early-stage and established. I've worked across cultures and markets, navigated significant career transitions myself, and developed a clear sense of what success looks like at different levels and in different contexts.
I'm particularly well-suited to mentoring professionals in arts, culture, philanthropy, luxury and financial services who are ambitious but don't always have access to senior mentors with a genuinely commercial mindset. I understand the nuance of relationship-driven industries, the complexity of working with high-net-worth individuals, and what it takes to move between sectors without losing your credibility or momentum.
