Harshdeep Singh

I am an Associate Member of the CIPD with experience across recruitment coordination, resourcing, and stakeholder engagement within both higher education and local government. My career journey has included managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, leading compliance processes, and supporting inclusive talent attraction strategies. Alongside this, I have developed strong skills in ATS platforms, HR data systems, and AI tools to streamline processes and improve candidate and manager experiences.

I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Surrey, where my dissertation focused on Change Management. During my studies, I also completed a year-long industrial placement, gaining hands-on experience in resourcing, employer branding, and recruitment operations. My placement performance was recognised with awards and distinctions, which strengthened both my academic and professional development.

As a mentor, I am keen to share my knowledge of recruitment best practice, career development in HR, and navigating challenges as an early-career professional. I am passionate about supporting others to build confidence, develop practical HR skills, and progress towards their professional goals.
