With nearly two decades of experience in the IT industry, Harshita Agarwal brings deep expertise in leading large-scale, complex transformation initiatives within the banking sector. She currently serves as a Director at NatWest Group (formerly Royal Bank of Scotland), where she has successfully delivered numerous strategic programs across globally distributed teams in the UK, US, and APAC regions.

A passionate advocate for Diversity and Inclusion, Harshita actively mentors underprivileged young girls, helping them pursue their aspirations and build confidence. She has led several mentorship initiatives focused on nurturing emerging female talent and supporting their professional growth. At NatWest Group India, she leads the flagship Re-Invest program, which enables women to return to the workforce after career breaks.
Harshita holds a Bachelor of Engineering and an MBA in Finance. She combines strategic thinking with strong people skills and a deep belief in inclusion—creating environments where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute to success.
