For 3 years, I worked for a Private Equity owned Software House, moving it from 420 to 750 employees including a Greenfield site in Romania, which I grew from zero to 13 in 2 months, to 48 in 8 and 98 in the first 12 months. Participated in preparation of the company for a sale and subsequently worked on the integration following a merger.
I am trained in Psychometric Profiling tools including DISC and EI and use these insights for coaching and mentoring.
