Hello, I'm Ingmar, a seasoned tech leader with a diverse 25-year journey in the technology realm. My career is marked by significant achievements in transforming startups into scaleup unicorns, notably my time at Solaris, where I played a pivotal role in scaling the company, team and architecture.

Specializing in product development, tech leadership, and software architecture, I have steered companies through various stages - from startup to scaleup, including acquisitions and integrations. My expertise lies in developing and refactoring complex architectures, scaling software, and creating efficient engineering processes, which have been instrumental in driving innovation and growth.

With a profound engineering background in Java/Linux ecosystems and experience as a full-stack developer, I bridge the gap between deep technical knowledge and effective management. My leadership style fosters a culture of trust, collaboration, and technical excellence, guiding teams through challenges like technical dead ends, rapid growth phases, and significant organizational changes.

Currently I am transitioning to an Advisor and Fractional CTO role after my successful stint at Zalando Payments and before that Solaris SE, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experiences. I firmly believe in the power of technology as a tool for positive change and am dedicated to nurturing the next generation of tech leaders and innovators.

In my spare time, I enjoy exploring diverse interests ranging from Artificial Intelligence to raising my to girls to become confident women, always seeking to understand how I can grow and become more patient :)
