In this focused 60-minute session, we'll prepare you to interview with confidence and close offers.
Here's how we'll work together:
Story (15 minutes) - We'll craft your career narrative. Not a chronological resume walkthrough—a compelling story that positions you as the solution to their problem. You'll learn to answer "Tell me about yourself" in a way that makes them lean forward.
Strategy (20 minutes) - We'll prepare for the questions you'll actually face. Behavioral questions using the STAR framework. "Why are you leaving?" without burning bridges. "What's your biggest weakness?" with authenticity, not rehearsed nonsense. Technical leadership scenarios that test your judgment.
Positioning (15 minutes) - We'll build your value proposition. Why you? Why now? What makes you different from the other candidates? You'll learn to position your experience—even perceived gaps—as strengths.
Negotiation (10 minutes) - We'll cover how to discuss salary expectations, evaluate offers, and negotiate without fear. Most people leave 10-20% on the table because they're afraid to ask.
