Jitendra is a Digital Product Manager professional who has 10.5+ years of experience in Product
Management, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Project Management, Agile, Customer
Experience and Analytics.

He has sound knowledge of Digital Channels like Net Banking, Mobile Banking, Phone Banking, and
USSD. Domain expertise in Payments, Cards, Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, and Fintech.
Jitendra has strong experience in Indian, UK, and US banking where he has launched multiple 0 to 1
products and services successfully.

Jitendra is currently helping Wells Fargo as a Senior Digital Product Manager to develop innovative
customer focussed products with cutting-edge technology to enhance its customers' user
experience. He is leading a team of Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, and Scrum Master.
In the past, Jitendra has worked in HSBC, Yes Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and two start-up
companies helping them grow and scale up and helping the entrepreneur develop strategy and
execute the same with great success.

Jitendra is a postgraduate with MBA in Marketing from SCMHRD, Pune-India, and is a graduate with
B. Tech in Civil Engineering from NIT Nagpur. He is a Professional Product Owner I (PSPO-I) certified
by Scrum.org and also SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (PO/PM) certified. He is also
Gamification expert (Level - 2 certified) and has sound knowledge about this emerging field. He loves
to learn about the latest technology like Blockchain and Cryptocurrency.
In his free time, he likes to spend time learning new things, taking online courses, reading books, and
working on his below two initiatives:
