Communication Coach at Grow Our Light

English

I’m a PCC-credentialed coach and mentor with over a decade of experience supporting people’s growth through coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and leadership development. My background spans technology, consulting, and career coaching, and I work primarily with professionals in tech, consulting, and knowledge-based roles who want to communicate more effectively, grow into leadership, and navigate career decisions with clarity and confidence.
My work in coaching and mentoring began over ten years ago in academic, wellness, and professional development settings and has evolved into a focused practice supporting career growth, leadership communication, and executive presence. This long-term experience has given me a deep understanding of how people grow over time—not just during transitions, but across entire careers.
Professionally, my background includes working in technology at Lenovo as a client-facing Technical Account Manager supporting enterprise customers. I partnered closely with engineers, managers, and executives, translating complex technical issues into clear communication, managing high-stakes conversations, and influencing decisions across stakeholders.
Over the years, I’ve coached and mentored 100+ individuals across roles and industries, including individual contributors, managers, founders, and emerging leaders. My experience includes 1:1 coaching, group coaching, leadership workshops, and facilitation for teams and learning cohorts—both virtually and in person.
I’m particularly effective with professionals who:
Feel stuck, overlooked, or underutilized
Want to communicate with more confidence and credibility
Are transitioning into leadership or navigating career change
Struggle with visibility, self-doubt, or difficult conversations
Want practical guidance—not theory—on how to grow at work
My mentoring style is supportive, direct, and practical. I help mentees “argue less and connect more” by building self-awareness, strengthening communication skills, and translating insight into clear, actionable steps.
I also have experience mentoring neurodivergent professionals, including individuals with ADHD and autism, using a strengths-based, respectful approach focused on real-world outcomes.
