My name is Juana. I have almost 10 years experience at different roles at Engineering, Project & Product Manager and also as Product Owner in the Media, Software Development, Technology and Automotive Industry. I am also a certified Scrum Master & Product Owner and Agile Coach. I am an enthusiastic agilist. I believe in team work, cooperation and communication as key success factors in any team constellation.
During my career I have been working with cross-functional and international teams and have successfully changed paths from industries and roles.
I finished my MBA last year and currently I work as Program Manager at CARIAD (Volkswagen Group) with focus on Product Operations, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Standardisation and Alignment of Processes on the different levels, Empowering Product Owners to build business relevant portfolios and efficient delivery.
