Hi, I’m Julien,
I’ve spent the last decade in the Munich tech scene, moving from a Junior role to leading a digital organization of 80+ product managers, designers, and engineers. My path took me through seven years at Westwing (from startup to IPO) and now into executive leadership at Sixt.
I’m a firm believer in leading by example. I’m not a "corporate" manager who just looks at KPIs; I’m a practitioner who still likes to get my hands dirty. For me, leadership is about the person behind the work, not just the output. I’m an open book and happy to share my "scar tissue" to help you hit your goals faster.
