I have been mentoring people for the last 9 years in the Data Science area and I see the following reasons for doing it further.

* You will receive a set of questionnaires to give me more insights into your preferences
* Once we both have agreed on a step forward, then only we start the sessions
* Regular feedback is important to have the right impact
