Kee Siang Lee

I have over three decades of professional experience in the Information Technology and Consulting Industry including holding several leadership positions in leading local and global organizations. I am a member of various IT Professional Committees and Advisory Panels.

I appreciate the challenges that individuals face in navigating a corporate technology world. I seek to first understand my mentees and adopts the approach to share and incorporate my experiences to the context of the mentees’ need to have a clearer picture of the direction to move forward and overcome the challenges in the working environment. All individuals are different and they have to deliberate within themselves the different perspectives of management so that they can adopt and adapt based on their strengths and personalities.
