7-weeks Career Coaching

During ~7 weeks you will:

• Identify your true needs;
• Formulate a goal and a plan to achieve it;
• Determine a direction for development;
• Structure your thoughts and adjust your focus;
• Find time for yourself;
• Get out of the "squirrel in the wheel" state.

You can come to me with the following requests (or similar):

• I want to find balance and a resourceful state so I can live a happier life without burnout and overwork
• I want to be more confident in my achievements, so I can feel empowered and can use them to reach higher levels in my career
• I want to figure out what I really want so that I can find a job that really suits me and I feel happier
• I want to understand why I am procrastinating so I can start to make progress and achieve great results
• I want to get rid of the fear of starting something new so I can make my dreams come true
