I am Dr. S. Madhurima as a Civil Engineer and project management leader with over 25 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. She has successfully led large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, specializing in project execution, contracts, cost management, planning, operations, and leadership. Currently serving as Vice President – Projects, I am is also a mentor for larger teams, author, corporate trainer, certified arbitrator, and founder of TMSPro.
