I spent most of my career in HR (recruiting and people development) in international environments in Ireland, Switzerland and Italy. Having moved to a new country three time, adapting to new environments quickly (from small startup to big corporates) and having worked with people from over 40 different countries helped me become the professional I am today – interculturally aware – aware how a positive mindset can help build relationships and achieve goals – and convinced that differences in teams are needed to grow.
