I’m a Career & Transition Coach and mentor for professionals navigating change. With a background in Talent and Leadership Development and lived experience of multiple transitions, I offer a calm, thoughtful space for reflection, clarity, and conscious decision-making.

Before becoming a coach, I worked for several years in corporate environments designing development programs, facilitating workshops, and working closely with professionals and leaders across different career stages. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how careers actually unfold inside organizations — and how often external success doesn’t match internal clarity.

I’m also familiar with transition on a personal level. I’ve changed countries twice, changed career direction more than once, and navigated multiple phases of working parenthood. These experiences shaped how I work today: with patience, perspective, and respect for each person’s timing.

As a mentor and coach, I’m especially helpful when you are:

• questioning your current role or direction and don’t yet know what should come next
• choosing between different career paths or opportunities
• feeling stuck, unmotivated, or disconnected from work that once felt right
• preparing for a transition after a life change (relocation, parenthood, burnout, time off)
• wanting to understand your strengths, values, and what truly motivates you now
• looking for clarity without pressure to decide too quickly

What I offer is a calm, structured space to think clearly. I support people in moments of transition — when decisions feel complex, identity is shifting, or the next step isn’t obvious yet. I don’t give ready-made answers; I help you hear your own thinking, clarify what matters to you now, and move forward in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.

I work best with thoughtful, reflective professionals who want a thinking partner — someone they can speak openly with, explore uncertainty, and make decisions that feel true to them.
